Usage:

• Hair Care: The best hair oil for dry and damaged hair, Conatural's Organic Coconut oil can be used as an excellent conditioner as well. It also provides essential proteins required for nourishing and healing damaged hair
• Massage two tablespoons of Conatural's Organic Coconut Oil in your hair. Leave for a minimum of 45 minutes and a maximum of 4 hours. Rinse using normal shampoo
• Moisturiser: Conatural’s Organic Coconut Oil can also be used on the skin as an excellent moisturiser
• Conatural's Organic Coconut Oil melts on the skin as soon as you apply it, without leaving any kind of residue
• It easily seeps into the skin pores, moisturising deeply and thoroughly
• If you have normal or dry skin, apply Conatural's Organic Coconut Oil to clean skin
• Take ¼ teaspoon oil and apply it on the face, gently massaging it in. Wait for 5-10 minutes for the oil to absorb into the skin, and wipe away any excess with a soft cotton towel
• A thin layer of Conatural’s Organic Coconut Oil is all you need to prevent moisture loss through evaporation from the skin surface
• Make up remover: Apply Conatural's Organic Coconut Oil all over the face. Leave it on for 2 minutes, and wipe make up off with a cotton ball
• Rinse face with warm water and mild soap/face wash. This will remove all sorts of make-up from the face
• Carrier Oil: Conatural's Organic Coconut oil is an excellent carrier oil for essential oils. It is perfect for a body massage, as well as a skin facial
