Shipping policy



Free shipping on all orders above PKR 1500. Upon placing an order, you will receive a verification call or SMS from our Customer Service Associate to ensure order accuracy. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be sent to our warehouse for shipment. If the item(s) in “Cash on Delivery” order is out of stock in our warehouse, then we will only ship the available article (s) and if the item(s) in “(credit card)” order are out of stock in our warehouse, then we will take your advice for the replacement product (s). You will be informed via phone, message or email in case a shipment is delayed due to any given reason. Your order should be delivered within 3- 4 business days via Call Courier.



International shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment. International shipments are subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

International shipping usually arrives within 10 - 15 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Delivery time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, customs delays and the transit time from DHL or UPS. Please note, credit card processing can take up to 3 business days depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by you.
We are partnered with Call Courier as our shipper within Pakistan. All orders placed on our website are dispatched within 24-48 hours sometimes when product not in stock it's take 5 to 6 days.
Delivery times within Pakistan vary depending on the city and availability of the consignee. Usually orders are delivered within 2-3 working days after dispatch.
